My name is Hailee and I have experience with newborns to school agers. I have five years of experience working as a teacher at a Preschool/Daycare. There I learned how to create curriculum for littles, potty train, promote the cultivation of developmental milestones, and build lasting relationships with families. I know baby ASL and enjoy helping kids learn emotional self regulation. Eventually I decided to pursue a career as nanny for twin newborns. I organized meal plans, assisted with sleep training, and fostered independence in the twins. Then I moved to WA where I have nannied for my current family for 2+yrs starting at ages newborn and 3yrs old. With my contract coming to an end I am looking for a new family! One of the reasons I love nannying is the relationship that I get to create with the family that I provide care for.

Hailee has been our nanny for over two years. She came highly qualified with several years experience teaching preschool. She has taken care of our children from age 10 months and 3 years old. She's had been reliable and communicative. She has gone above and beyond with our kids, doing speech therapy with our older one and potty training our younger one. She takes them on excursions and they have so much fun. She is teaching them to ride bikes now. She also does circle time with them each morning to prepare them for the routine of going to school. They absolutely love her and will miss her when they go to school in the fall.
