Hi my name is Hailee and I'm 22 years old. I've been watching kids for over 5 years now. I grew up watching my cousins and younger siblings. My first job was teaching swim lessons to kids at the YMCA. From then on I have been working in daycares in the preschool room as a teaching assistant. I love to watch kids grow and develop through play and other learning activities. I have taken child development courses and love to learn new ways to better help kids in the development process. I am currently in online schooling for Psychology to further my education and I'm loving it! I am CPR and first aid certified. Ghosts me every time I need her. Did show up for any of her shifts. Gave me the run around about getting tested for COVID. Just do not hire if you do not want to play the never ending hide and seek game.
