Hi! My name is Hailee and I am a Pre-K, Elementary Physical Education teacher. I have been working with kids for the past 10 years through babysitting, camp, tutoring and teaching. I currently work at an Early Learning Center in Washington, DC. I am available for date night or weekend care jobs as I work full-time teaching during the week. I love playing sports, cooking, baking and reading. I have a safe car to drive to and from work or drive anywhere I am needed to go. I am comfortable doing housework and meal-prep. Hailee is absolutely wonderful with my 3 kiddos, ages 2, 5 & 7. She is able to engage all 3 involved easily in activities. She shows empathy and kindness throughout her care giving. She enjoys taking the kids outside to run around and play. I like that she is a take charge type of person and helps me clean or whatever she sees needing to be done. One night she gave all kiddos baths and dressed them, since it was getting late and I was not feeling well. I completely trust Hailee to care for the kids on her own and jump in to help with household chores as needed. Hailee is flexible and dependable. Multiple times she was able to stay late last minute. Our family has come to rely on Hailee as an extension of our family. The kids can't wait until she arrives, then are thrilled to see her!
