About Hailee

I'm a creative and patient childcare provider with a passion for helping children learn and grow. My previous babysitting roles inspired me to become a caregiver, and I'm motivated by the chance to make a positive impact on children's lives while supporting families. I'm calm and friendly, and I communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I have one year of experience working with children of all ages and am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
