Hagen is a dear friend of mine. She often jumps in to help me with my children and pets and general household tasks. She has done these smalls things here and there without having been asked. I have 3 children and two pets, she treats them all respectfully and adapts quickly to help me keep my household peaceful. 2 of my 3 children have special needs and she treats them like any other child and has caught on quickly in how I care for them. She is a down to earth person with a good head on her shoulders. I would recommend her any day!
