About Hadley

My name is Hadley and I have a master's degree in elementary and special education and political science. I have worked with youth in rec soccer, substitute taught for 3 years in public school, worked with special needs children in Haiti and Uganda, supported special needs adults and children in Washington and Idaho, led US high schoolers on alternative learning programs in Costa Rica and served as a tutor. I love working with you and believe that there is so much learning to be had outside of the classroom! Whether you are looking for traditional tutoring or reading math and science mixed with gardening, cooking and outdoor play, I'm your girl! Currently available part time through summer 2024. I am passionate about real-world application of knowledge and believe that students in elementary school can benefit from practicing skills through experiences such as cooking, gardening, nature journaling and more in addition to standard skills practice.
