About Gwyneth

I currently work for the City of SLO Parks and Recreation under the Youth Services department as an after school childcare aide for students that are age 4-8. I've worked in this job since 09/23/24. I've also worked as a part-time nanny for two kids that are age 2 and 5, and have had various babysitting jobs with other children. Additionally, I have two significantly younger siblings, so I have experience with caring for children in multiple settings. I'm most experienced with ages 2-9, but I can work with any age! I'm a first-year student at Cuesta College with several courses completed to earn my Liberal Studies in Elementary Education degree. I plan to become an elementary school teacher. I enjoy working with kids and am great at connecting and building relationships with them. I can assist with things like completing schoolwork/tutoring, creating craft projects, or simply helping to guide a child's routine at any time of the day.
