I ensure open communication with parents through daily written reports, verbal updates during pickup, and regular text or phone calls to discuss their child's well-being and any concerns that may arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of play that promotes physical, mental, and emotional development.
