About Gwendolyn

I am friendly, easygoing, and patient. I like caring for seniors because they are often forgotten and lonely. Seniors are fascinating and have much to offer anyone willing to spend time with them. I'm looking for a job that provides a sense of helping and caring for those in need. I started caring for seniors when I was younger. I have always loved helping seniors. Transportation to dr appointments, taking them to events, out to lunch or spending time with them. For 15 years I was a foster parent for teenage girls for which I had to handle medication. In my spare time, I like to be with my grandchildren, family and friends. I love to play cards and board games. I also have been involved with Girl Scouts as a leader for over 30 years and volunteer with several other local missions. One thing you should know about me is that I will treat your senior as a member of my own family. My skills include transportation, running errands, food preparation and reading.
