About Gwendolyn

Hello! I recently left my job as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Way to Grow to finish my Masters in Elementary Education. Previously I was a Registered Behavioral Technician working with kids with autism in Kailua, HI. Before that I was a Lead Pre-K Teacher at Lexington Kids Christian School, Assistant Teacher at the YMCA, and in my early years a nanny for 6+ years for a family of three girls. My summer is currently open as I continue to work towards my masters! I am looking to work with a kiddo with special needs by going on outings, working on life skills and spending our days having fun! I am passionate about teaching, playing and assisting children of all abilities. I have a zeal for self improvement through hard work, reliability, eagerness to help and LOTS of creativity. I keep things tidy but I am not afraid to get dirty. I prefer spending time outside and staying active. I am able to cook meals and provide transportation.
