Hello! My name is Grisell, I am a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant and Home Health Aide looking for full-time childcare work in Palm Beach County and Broward County. I previously owned and operated a child daycare business for 20 years,. My daycare was registered and licensed with the state of Florida, and operated under the laws and regulations of the state for optimal child safety. In this daycare, I worked with 6 children of various ages simultaneously, and geared activities towards their different developmental stages. Currently, I have been working full-time as a nanny for a special needs child for nearly 2 years. On top of being a nanny, I also assist with light housework/ organizing, laundry, and meal prep. I have my own car for means of transportation to and from work, speak Spanish, English and Portuguese, and am CPR and First Aid certified.

We have had the immense great fortune to have Grisell as our full-time day nanny for over 4 years. She has been with us as my child has grown from a very young toddler to now a preschooler. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Grisell, but I will try! Grisell is dependable, hardworking, kind, intelligent, trustworthy, and has over 25 years of experience taking care of young children. I am a first-time mom, my husband and I both work full-time, and we are very protective of our child. Grisell quickly but us both at ease. She helps with every aspect of our childcare. She is caring and a natural with children. She has supervised playdates between my child and classmates, and I have seen how she is a natural with all children. We are relocating this summer and as a result have to say goodbye to Grisell. We wish she could stay our nanny forever. To us she has become family. I will happily also serve as a reference for Grisell (Grisell can provide my contact information as needed).
