I am the mother of 30-year-old identical twin girls. Being a mother is the greatest joy in my life. I enjoyed every stage - infancy, toddler, preschool etc! I was a fortunate enough to be able to stay home with my girls. Both my daughters were diagnosed and treated for ALL - Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. My husband was a pilot and was out of the country most of each week. I handled all the treatment related appointments, around the clock medication for the girls, and stayed in the hospital any time one (or both) children had to be admitted. I am strong, independent, dedicated, comfortable with medical management and stressful situation.
