About Gretchen

I'd describe my personality as curious, fun, and witty. I like tutoring because sharing knowledge is an act of kindness. Helping others to understand the world around them through dialogue is something I value. I'm looking for a job that can help me grow as a person while allowing me to help others. I started tutoring when I was in school. I never formally tutored, but I would always be the one my classmates went to for help. In my spare time, I like to play and listen to music, spend time outdoors, read, and work on myself. One thing you should know about me is I will become best friends with your child. I enjoy relating to children on a level basis that allows them to fully understand me and vice versa! My skills include writing, reading comprehension, and language acquisition.
