About Gretchen

Hi All! I'm Gretchen, and I'm currently in Austin taking care of my almost 89-month-old mother in law. I sooo miss working with the littles. As a preschool teacher, I love to provide a general dsily schedule for my classes. Even if we never follow it. I believe that if you don't have some idea of where you're going, then you'll end up lost. I do prefer though, to teach & nurture each individual kid's God given talent. I believe that if a child is given enough hands on experience, experiences that engage all their senses. This was true when I homeschooled my three kids and I believe it to be true today. I believe in using the Bible to teach about wisdom, good character and how by loving and serving others,, we're really living and serving our selves.
