Prior to this classroom, I was a teacher for middle schoolers with intellectual disabilities and autism. I also have hands on experience from working at a special needs summer camp with campers with a wide variety of special needs. I have experience with lifting/transferring, positioning, feeding including g-tubes and behavioral modification. I am also a Florida License Teacher in Elementary Education, Exceptional Student Education and ESOL and have my Masters in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health.
