In March of 2014 I became a caregiver and started working for a Health Care Agency where I worked live-in shifts for two different clients an elderly diabetic and a quadriplegic. Being nurse delegated I learned tube feeding, diabetic blood sugar reading, and medical management for both my clients for 9 months. I then got married and moved to Bellingham, where I worked at Shuksan Healthcare Rehabilitation Center for a year, there I mastered all transfers and gained much valuable experience. I now work privately and have an amazing reference from a doctor MD whose father I took care of for 10 months. I have great experience with dementia and memory care, where my communication and approach toward others is often described as "A model for other caregivers". I love working with others, and have a strong and uplifting positive attitude, which I show through my great smile and constant attention to others well being. I look forward to hearing from you.
