About Grayson

I'm a creative and imaginative caregiver with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I have two years of experience as a childcare provider working with special needs children and am comfortable caring for one or two at a time. I am CPR-trained and have completed coursework in early childhood development and special education. I am currently attending ISU to complete my degree in special education. My approach to childcare is to follow the parents' lead in setting household rules and communicating about their child's day. I believe in regular communication and will provide updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. If there's a particular game or activity your child enjoys, I'm also happy to pick up on that. I love to engage in imaginative play that fosters growth and development.
