Graciella was scheduled to meet with us on a Friday but let us know she had a bad cold. On Monday she asked for another delay because she still didn't feel good. We scheduled for Wednesday, at her request. On Wednesday she did not come, nor did she respond to our attempts to get in touch with her. She has never gotten back to us, which was very disappointing.
