My kids loved Gracie but she's not always dependable. It's unfortunate. Excuses almost every week for why she couldn't come to work and sometimes same day but would complain about needing more hours. She's trustworthy and helped out but being responsible and dependable along with taking the job serious is what I believe parents are looking for in a nanny. 3/5 experience.
