About Gracia

I am a 41 YO mum from Reston, VA. I am also a full time PhD student with ample experience in childcare. I believe every child unique and wonderful in their own way. With five years of experience, I've honed my skills in early childhood development, creating a safe and stimulating environment for kids all ages. I help bring up resilient children who love and respect themselves and others. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my integrity and kindness, helps me connect with children on a personal level. I believe in open communication with parents, partnering to make the best of the experience for all involved. I am also able to drive kids around. I have my own car. I am CPR/ First Aid certified. Beyond childcare, I am happy to assist with light housekeeping tasks. I am great at supporting kids with homework and love promoting age-appropriate play. I have a 9-month-old, and if any parent is open to have him come along sometimes, I will prioritize this job over others.
