I love when I help a person feel better and I can't of a better way to do it than being a caregiver I'm looking for a job that adds me value , one I can make a difference practicing professionalism and making a difference. I started caring for people with special needs 3 years ago , I am currently working in an aba setting M-F and doing in home sessions once a while as an RBT . I am trained to implement discrete trial provided by the bca recording and tracking sessions as required . I have also been part timing as a care giver for elderly people as well , dealing with clients with dementia , Alzheimer's for a full year however I am more focused in devoting my full time to working with kids this as for now . I love people in general, I am respectful and treat people with kindness and if that can be reciprocated that would perfect . I may not know your style of doing things but I am always open minded to learn and flexible enough.
