About Grace

Hi! I'm Grace, I am currently attending my 2nd year of college at Flagler. Growing up with younger siblings has taught me a thing or two about watching over kids. I used to babysit for children in my hometown (NJ), and spent 2 summers as a camp counselor. Through these experiences I have discovered my ability to connect with children whether it's through board games, running around outside, or doing crafts. I believe engaging in outdoor activities and staying active is essential to a child's growth. That is why I feel my age gives me that advantage to connect and keep up with children's energy ensuring a fun experience. Although I enjoy creating a fun yet safe experience for children of all ages , I also understand the importance of enforcing household rules. I am responsible, patient and calm which allows me to manage challenging situations. I believe in open communication with parents, whether verbally at pickup, through text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method.
