Grace has been our son’s nanny since March. He was 3 months old when she started. She has been AMAZING and our son loves her. She reads books to him everyday and engages with him through learning activities and play time. She is very good at reinforcing the things we are teaching him like sign language and other routines. She also worked with him to help him learn how to crawl and now walk. She is VERY punctual and dependable. I also appreciate how flexible she has been with her schedule by coming in early or staying later on some days based on our work schedule. Even though our son is starting daycare in January we do plan on using her services to babysit him when needed. It has truly been a joy to have her care for our son.
