I have been a CNA for a little over a year in a long term care facility. I am well versed from getting the resident up, to feeding, to doing personal care. I really enjoy what I do and I enjoy helping people feel better about themselves in their day to day life. I like caring for seniors because I wish somebody could've helped my parents take care of my grandparents. At my facility I can tell you details about every single residents life, how they want their food, what soda they want, when they would like to get up or lay down in bed. And I enjoy seeing them happy. I started caring for seniors when I took the CNA class that was offered in my highschool, I finished the class and immediately got a job in a long term care facility.
