I've worked with children of all ages for 15+ years as a Care Specialist as well as a Special Education Para-Educator (LAUSD) helping students that have special needs and/or disabilities. Some of my responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervision of children, behavior management, 1:1 assistance (academics), interactive play time, preparing meals, toileting, light cleaning, tutoring, helping with homework and promoting language and writing skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I never expected to do this line of work; it just happened so by accident and I don't regret it all. I've learned so much, met amazing individuals and it's been an awesome ride. I'm passionate about what I do and I believe in this career you have to be able to show empathy, patience and love kids and I've been fortunate to have had so many great experiences. I love to travel, learning about and experiencing different cultures and helping people.

Grace took the time to understand the interests of my son and tailored her approach/activities accordingly. He loves spending time with her which warms my heart and the fact that she is very reliable and dependable is such a stress relief! Highly recommend.
