I've worked with children of all ages for 15+ years as a Care Specialist as well as a Special Education Para-Educator (LAUSD) helping students that have special needs and/or disabilities. Some of my responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervision of children, behavior management, 1:1 assistance (academics), interactive play time, preparing meals, toileting, light cleaning, tutoring, helping with homework and promoting language and writing skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I never expected to do this line of work; it just happened so by accident and I don't regret it all. I've learned so much, met amazing individuals and it's been an awesome ride. I'm passionate about what I do and I believe in this career you have to be able to show empathy, patience and love kids and I've been fortunate to have had so many great experiences. I love to travel, learning about and experiencing different cultures and helping people.

We love Miss Grace! She has been our nanny for almost 9 months for our now 15 month old. We can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is punctual, communicative, calm, and most importantly our son loves her. She is proactive in coming up with new activity ideas and is willing to take him to various age appropriate activities around Charlotte. We would recommend her to any family!
