I have cared for two individuals with Down Syndrome and who are deaf. -I have experience with many different disabilities including autism. I also know ASL which I can teach.

Grace has been our nanny for the last two years and she has been wonderful for our 4 year old daughter. It’s heartwarming to see the bond they share. Grace is always open to helping out our family with household tasks - laundry, cleaning, groceries, or anything that may come up in a hectic week. Her proactive attitude and readiness to pitch in truly makes our lives easier. When Grace is here, our lives are easier and our daughter is happier! Grace does request time off, and we appreciate her transparency and communication while we setup a schedule. Grace has been invaluable at helping our daughter grow socially, setting up play dates and outings to encourage our daughter to grow emotionally and get comfortable making friends and learning how to be around kids that may behave differently. Grace is always able to provide a calming presence when our daughter is having big feelings. We ask a lot of Grace, and she is always willing to work with us, she is part of our family team. Grace makes a positive impact each and every day she is with us!
