Hi there! I'm Grace, a childcare worker, musician and artist. I have been working with kids for over 10 years now. Since then I've done full time nannying, babysitting, afterschool programs and a series of art programs with local nonprofits. I currently work at an arts nonprofit on Mondays, mentoring adult artists with developmental disabilities. This schedule could shift for the right fit, but I am committed to staying. I am on the hunt for a childcare job for the remainder of the week. I would also be open to other kinds of care work that align with my areas of experience. I approach the children and adults in my care from a place of empathy, curiosity and respect. I am emotionally attentive and strive to be as present and grounded as possible while moving through the day. I value open communication, and love the process of building understanding and trust. I am vaccinated/committed to following CDC guidelines. I renewed my Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification on 3/14/2025.

We’ve been so lucky to have Grace with us. She’s a great communicator, always keeping us in the loop and making sure she’s on the same page with everything. Her artistic background has been such an asset as well. She’s done so many fun and creative art projects with our daughter, and it’s been amazing to see how that has contributed to her development. We’re grateful for everything she’s brought to our family. 10/10 would recommend!
