As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. With a college degree and eight years of experience, I've worked with children from six weeks to five years, including running a daycare for four years. My patient and friendly nature creates a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I prioritize clear communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and adapting to their preferred communication method. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. To keep children engaged and learning, I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, such as board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games. My diverse skill set includes first aid training, CPR training, and early child development coursework.
