Grace has worked with us for over 3 years as a full time nanny. She is phenomenal. She quickly and seamlessly became a part of our daily lives and a truly integral member of the family. She demonstrates exceptional dedication and skill in her position, going above and beyond every day. She is extremely reliable, thorough communicator, and always willing to provide an extra hand to accommodate family needs. She is infinitely patient, never once raising her voice while caring for two very energetic boys; an incredible feat! She exudes an amazing level of calmness in all situations and our boys have flourished under her educational teaching, kindness, and love. She has helped our boys from tasks of toddlerhood (such as potty training and learning to put on clothes), to important milestones (helping our youngest learn to read and write before starting kindergarten, and our oldest learn the subtleties of navigating crowds at school, excel at sports through dedication and practice, and expand upon his knowledge with focused reading/math/art/activities). Her infectious energy is contagious and has had a positive impact not only on our children but on our entire family.
