About Grace

I am a CNA, my experience is all with the elderly but I would love to work with kids. I am dedicated to supporting families and providing a reliable care option for them. My patient and calm personality, combined with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with children and their parents. I understand the importance of open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day through verbal communication at pickup, text, or phone calls, depending on their preferred method. While I believe in following the parents' lead when enforcing household rules, I ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the child. To keep children engaged and entertained, I enjoy a variety of games with them, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and am always willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
