About Grace

I'm an experienced, creative, and nurturing caregiver with 15 years of experience providing a safe and stimulating environment for children of all ages. I am the oldest of four and my parents had my sister when I was 13 giving me a very unique experience. I also am one of 20 cousins on just my mom side. I am the oldest girl which made me the permanent babysitter providing me with years of knowledge. My passion for childcare stems from my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to grow and develop to their full potential, and I strive to provide a nurturing environment where they can do just that. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure that they are always informed and involved in their child's care.
