About Grace

My experience in caregiving began with childcare and tutoring, roles I have enjoyed since junior high. I have worked with children of various ages, from infants to teenagers, in both formal and informal settings. My responsibilities have included creating engaging activities, supporting math and science education while ensuring safety, and providing emotional support. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore their interests. My patience, creativity, and ability to connect with children on their level have been crucial to my success in this role. I am highly active and love the outdoors, exercise, and sports. This aspect of my personality I always bring when caring for children. I love opportunities to set up crafts, art projects, or games. I embrace family routines and guidelines and work closely with families to ensure my approach aligns with their values.
