I do the following: Personal Care (Hygiene, Bathing, Shaving, Grooming, Bathroom Assistance, Feeding, Dressing, Ambulation) Meal Preparation Medication Reminders Transportation to (Doctor's appointments. social gatherings, grocery shopping Light housekeeping / Laundry Assist with Exercise regimens/Range of Motion Assistance upon Discharge from the Hospital or Rehab Respite for family members Safe transfer and Injury prevention Socialization/Emotional support Companionship Help with eating Registered with the California Department of Social Services as a Home Care Aide.
