About Grace

As a natural caregiver passionate about nurturing children's growth, I've built a rewarding career over 3 years, starting as a babysitter and nanny, and most recently as an Early Education Teacher. I excel at creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-3. My patient, creative, and friendly nature helps me connect easily with children and enjoy working with people. I enjoy teaching about nature, developing fine/gross motor skills, and incorporating creative arts for cognitive development. I limit screen time to promote gross motor activity, use puzzles, crafts, and sensory activities to engage young minds. I've achieved significant success in potty training, aiding toddlers in emotional regulation, creating plans, maintaining open and supportive communication with parents/caregivers. My commitment to professional development is evident through my certifications in First Aid, CPR, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and coursework in Early Child Development.
