About Grace

Hello! My experience spans from structured childcare programs to overnight camps. My first professional job with children was at Rainbow House for Boys & Girls in Columbia, MO, where I worked with at-risk youth awaiting foster care placement. My responsibilities included school pick-ups, coordinating with caseworkers, preparing meals, and creating nighttime routines. After graduating from the University of Missouri, I spent the summers of 2023 and 2024 as a counselor and lead graphic designer at an overnight camp in Santa Cruz, CA. These experiences reinforced my ability to create engaging, safe, and nurturing environments for kids of all ages. I'm CPR certified and have completed various childcare training courses. My focus is to provide children with a safe, structured, and creative space to learn and grow. I love organizing games, crafts, and imaginative play. Outside of childcare, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and family, creating art, and traveling.
