About Grace

With over 15 years of experience in childcare, starting as a mother's helper at age 13 and working with many families since then, I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine love of caring for children. My approach to childcare is warm and nurturing, with a strong focus on creating a safe environment where children can thrive through play-based learning. I believe in fostering children's natural curiosity while ensuring they feel secure and supported in their daily activities. Currently, I work on green roof gardens in Philadelphia, but as my position pauses from November to April, I am seeking a [part-time/full-time] babysitting position during this period. This timing allows me to fully commit to providing consistent, reliable care for your family through the winter and spring months.
