I am a registered nurse in my final semester of a doctorate program to receive my Nurse Practitioner degree. I have two years of neuro/stroke hospital experience and 18 months of nursing experience working at Buffalo Children's Hospital, in their pediatric emergency department which is a level I trauma center. I am familiar with a wide variety of pediatric diagnoses'. I am basic life support, advanced life support and pediatric life support certified. Prior to this I was a nanny for many years and worked closely with a child with Asperger. I also partook in a mission trip that worked at a special needs orphanage in Nicaragua. I am moving to Manhattan to complete my final Spring semester of clinical work before graduation and am looking for stimulating part time or per diem care jobs!
