About Grace

Hello! My name is Grace and I am looking to babysit over the summer about 10-20 hours a week. My undergraduate degree is in speech pathology and audiology and I am currently in graduate school for a masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis. I have worked as a Conditional Speech Pathologist, career nanny and Montessori teacher. Although I love teaching, I have found that I prefer working with children one on one or in smaller groups. It's important to me to give the child I am with my full attention and be engaged, whether we are doing schoolwork or playing a game. I believe stimulating their mind and body through movement is important and love to spend time outdoors! These days with so many electronics around, I promote reading and expanding the child's imagination through storytelling, or art work. I enjoy swimming and spending time outside exploring.
