Hey! I'm Grace. I'm a seasoned childcare provider with a decade of experience and I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of all. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for nurturing and caring for youngsters. This grew into nannying for 12 families at one time back in my hometown of Wisconsin. I am known for my patient and calm demeanor, which complements my creative and imaginative approach to play and learning. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, ensuring that they are well-informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment for the children in my care. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, along with coursework in early child development, and I have completed First Aid training. Additionally, I am a skilled swimmer.
