About Grace

I'd describe my personality as caring, creative, and organized. I like working with kids because it's so rewarding. It may sound so cliche, but it's the truth. Kids are literally little people. It's easy to say "they're just kids," but they have personalities and goals just like adults. I'm looking for a job that works well with my class schedule. Evenings/nights and weekends work best for me. I'm (slowly but surely) working towards becoming a child psychologist. For the year of 2024 I will be doing in person classes at OCCC full time. However, as soon as I complete my Associates, I will be dropping to part time and doing online course work. I started working with kids when I was in middle school as a babysitter. From there it grew to being an elementary dance assistant teacher as a high schooler, and then I transitioned into working in a learning center. In my spare time, I like to write, listen to music, bake and cook, and enjoy the outdoors.
