As a caring and experienced childcare provider with 14 years of experience, I am dedicated to nurturing and supporting the growth and well-being of children. My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting children's lives and supporting families. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, play, and thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. With a solid foundation in early child development coursework, First Aid Training, and CPR Training, I am well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and am fluent in both English and Spanish.

Grace worked for our family for several months after our fulltime nanny broke her shoulder. During this time of uncertainty, Grace has been our saving (...you guessed it...) grace. She stepped into toddler life with ease and has made a difficult time much easier for us. I cannot recommend Grace highly enough. She has 10+ years of nanny experience and reliable transportation. She is also someone who always takes initiative (e.g., it was her idea to start potty training our daughter). This is something I appreciate so much as an exhausted parent. Grace has been a wonderful addition to our family, and I am sure she will be for yours too. I highly recommend her as a nanny!
