I hired her after a housekeeping company totally dropped the ball on a turnover cleaning for my rental. She promptly responded to all of my communication, and was able to do an emergency cleaning for me, organizing everything by telephone/text, as I am out of state. She even coordinated drop/off and delivery of the linens for cleaning at a local cleaner I've used. She sent photos and demonstrated attention to detail. I have used her services several more times since and was recently present to view the property myself and could see the care with which she completes her work. I feel safe trusting my rentals to her. Thanks!
