Hello! My name is Glenda, and I am an experienced babysitter, nanny, and childcare provider with 7 years of experience taking care of children (5 years with 5-12-year-olds, 2 years with toddlers 17 months - 3 years old), approximately 4. 5 years experience communicating with parents, and 2. 5 years experience doing gentle discipline. I've babysat and nannied since August 2023. My main background is outdoor education, after school and summer camp programs, and toddler Montessori programs.
