I had the pleasure of hiring Glenda as a personal caregiver for my mother, who was in the early to mid-stages of dementia. Glenda worked with my mother in her home for over a year until we eventually moved Mom into a nursing home as her condition progressed. From the start, Glenda was fantastic. I initially hired her to provide socialization and mental engagement for Mom, and she truly went above and beyond. She did creative projects with my mother, played games, did puzzles, spent time watching TV and listening to music, and really took the time to get to know not only my mom but also my dad. Her dedication and ability to connect with both of them were truly heartwarming. Beyond her caregiving responsibilities, Glenda was always willing to lend a hand in other ways. She helped with light tasks, supported my dad, and even brought meals for my mom a few days a week. Her kindness and compassion were unmatched, and her heart is simply huge. I often say I wish I had found Glenda sooner because she made such a difference in our lives during a challenging time. Even now, I’m grateful to call her a friend. If you’re looking for someone who is not only professional and capable but also deeply caring and compassionate, I can’t recommend Glenda highly enough.
