I'm 37 years old, I consider myself patient, compassionate, active, loving Nanny, with 15+ years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 5 years. Highly skilled in infant care (included twins) with knowledge of safety precautions, feeding techniques, educational activities, sleep training and helping to set a schedule as well as keeping it developmentally appropriate as the baby grow. Certificate in newborn CPR and First aid. Also, willing to help with some tasks in the house, such as light cleaning, baby laundry, prepare meals etc. I really enjoy being a Nanny, I like what I do and I will always do everything possible so that the family feels happy with the care I give to the most loved treasure they have, which are their children.

We hired Gladys full time to help with our 1 year old twin boys and she was excellent from day 1! She came in and knew exactly what to do and made our lives so much easier. Gladys has many years of experience (we are her 3rd twin family!) and she's a natural with kids. She is organized, ALWAYS on time and helpful with cooking and light cleaning for the boys. I almost didn't want to write this review b/c we're so sad to lose her but our circumstances have changed and we hope she will find a loving new family!!
