Gladys is an intelligent, caring, trustworthy, and responsible caregiver. She took care of my mother during her last year of life (as a live-in caregiver) and made sure she had dignity and enjoyed herself as much as possible. She is an effective communicator and made excellent choices when faced with emergencies. Their relationship was close which is a testament to Gladys' commitment to my mother. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to another family.
