Greetings, Aging is one of the largest challenges to us as humans, both to those of us who need care and to those of us who provide care. At different times in our life, we will probably all end up in both situations. In my view of life, this is when we really must handle well issues of dignity, integrity, and compassion with vulnerable situations. As a college educator, my core belief is that we must meet in each with and in dignity, integrity, and compassion, and only then can we learn. As a human being, this is also my core belief - we can only live when we have dignity, integrity, and compassion alive in our lives. I state this upfront because this will be the way in which I plan on engaging whomever is in need of care. To the more practical part about my background: As a mother of two children - one 22 and one 16 years old - I have enjoyed many hours raising and learning from children, both from my own kids as well as all from the wonderful friends my children brought into our
