Hi! My name is Gissel! I would describe myself as a nurturing and an experienced childcare provider. With three years in the field, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication method. I'm skilled at enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead and am comfortable caring for four child at a time. With a background in early childhood development coursework and CPR training, I'm well-equipped to handle any situation. I'm also willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and supervising swimming. My diverse skill set and genuine love for children make me an ideal childcare provider.
