About Giovanni

Hi! My name's Giovanni, I'm 23 & recently graduated university studying Theatre & Directing, and additionally have 8+ years of customer service experience in retail/food industry all the way up to House Management & supervisory roles in front of house at a professional Equity theatre. More importantly for me though is that I adore people I can help or take care of. From 2015 until her passing at age 90 in 2021, alongside my mom, took care of my Nana full-time around the clock. From full personal care to pill/medicine management to meals to transportation to simply rolling in on her wheelchair to inspire a burst of laughter, I spent a lot of time caring for my Nana and learning about what is needed for folks her age. She also suffered from vasovagal syncope, and eventually showed signs of early onset dementia, but she was sharp as a knife and a joy and it makes me want to provide the same for anyone who may need.
