About Giovanni

I help patients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, help with medication, and some housework and also support them with mental disorder, be there for them to support them mentally, physically and emotionally, also to help clients organize and arrange appointments with doctors visits, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion for them alongside handling errands and Groceries as needed. When I'm dealing with a client, I try to keep task and things simple for them, Have a daily routine, so the person knows when certain things will happen. Reassure the patient that he or she is safe and I am there to help. And also Focus on his or her feelings rather than their words .
